1. Indoor or outdoor?
This one shapes everything. Foam parties are an outdoor thing with us — rain or shine, we still bring the party (and if you’d rather pick a different day, we’ll work with you on that). Bounce houses are more flexible — ours can go indoors, so schools, churches, and big garages are all fair game. Knowing your space first means we can steer you to the right services right away.
2. Who’s actually on the guest list?
A party for ten toddlers is a different animal than a graduation bash for fifty. Be honest about ages: little ones who might be shy around a mountain of foam absolutely light up at a Bubble Party — thousands of floating bubbles, gentle fun, for all ages. Older kids? Give them the full foam cannon treatment. Match the service to the crowd and everyone wins.
3. What’s your budget — really?
Here’s the honest truth: a foam party starts at $300 for the first hour ($200 for each hour after that), and our glow foam parties run $400/$300. Our big bounce house is $350 for the whole day with setup and takedown included. Most families add one or two extras — airbrush tattoos ($200/hour with two artists), balloon twisting ($150/hour), cotton candy ($150/hour) — and the bundled add-ons cost less than you’d think. 4. What time does it start?
This matters more than people realize. Here’s a tip from someone who’s done hundreds of these: in the fall, the sun sets early — which makes a glow foam party absolutely epic without keeping anyone up late. In the summer, a mid-afternoon foam party gives everyone time to dry off before dinner. We’ll help you pick the perfect slot when you book.
